Joe - thanks for sharing this. Understanding first hand the challenge of elder care, I have started researching alternatives. Came across this book http://www.chelseagreen.com/bookstore/item/alone_and_invisible_no_more which has some really good ideas. The gray tsunami is coming and our current system can't handle it financially or humanely.
